Following a 9 month period of consultation, reflection and prayer, the Bishops’ updated Safeguarding instruction manual comes into effect from September 08 2021. It is now available to read in an online “flip-book” that can be accessed by most devices:

The Archdiocese of Glasgow has mandatory training for all volunteers. All volunteers should now have completed Introductory courses 1 & 2. The most recent updated leaflets regarding the policy and practice of Safeguarding in the Catholic Church are available at the back of church. We strive to keep other safe and respected for the gifts of God that we are.
